I provide counselling for individuals as well as Couples Therapy in West Malling Kent
Relationship Counselling
If you’ve found your way here, chances are something isn’t feeling right. Whatever you're facing, you don’t have to go through it alone. Together, we can explore what’s going on and find a way forward that feels clearer, calmer, and more in line with the life you want.
I'm a qualified and experienced counsellor and relationship therapist, offering relationship counselling in Kent both online and in person, including West Malling, Kings Hill, Maidstone, Sevenoaks, and Tonbridge. I offer counselling for married couples those in civil partnerships or anyone who are in a relationship of any kind. I’ve been working in the field for over nine years, supporting individuals and couples from all backgrounds and walks of life. I offer counselling in both English and Greek.
As a couple’s therapist, I’m here to help you and your partner work through relationship challenges—whether you're feeling stuck in conflict, growing apart, or facing a crisis that’s shaken your connection. Many couples come to me feeling unheard, disconnected, or uncertain about the future. Together, we’ll work to rebuild trust, improve communication, and restore emotional closeness and intimacy.
You may be looking for the best couples therapy and wonder how to choose the best marriage counselling or the best marriage counsellor for you. I’ve worked with RELATE UK and bring warmth, empathy, and practical tools to help you move from frustration and distance toward a renewed sense of understanding, intimacy, and hope. Part of my training with Relate Marriage Counselling provided me with a great deal of experience, and I have a passion helping clients having relationship difficulties.
Psychosexual Therapy
Sex and intimacy can be difficult to talk about, especially when problems arise—but you’re not alone. Many individuals and couples experience challenges around sex, and psychosexual therapy offers a respectful, confidential space to explore them.
This specialised form of intimacy therapy for couples supports people facing issues such as low desire, pain during sex, erectile dysfunction or difficulties, mismatched libidos, sexual avoidance, or the impact of trauma on intimacy.
Psychosexual therapy helps you understand the emotional and physical factors at play, whether you're attending alone, with a partner or for marriage and sex therapy, an intimacy therapist can help rebuild connection and develop a more satisfying and open sexual relationship.
Individual Counselling
I also work with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, and the impact of past trauma including adverse childhood experiences or adverse childhood events. I understand how painful experiences can shape how we see ourselves and relate to others. I believe that even in the darkest moments, healing and change are possible.
I see each person as the expert of their own story. Sometimes, those strengths get buried under self-doubt or fear, but with the right support, they can be rediscovered. I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can explore what’s holding you back and take steps towards a more connected, fulfilling life—within yourself and in your relationships.
Whether you're seeking support for yourself or your relationship, I’m here to help. If you’re ready for change and want to feel more connected, confident, and clear, get in touch to book a free consultation.
